CARD DETAILS

• Lemon Lolly Cardstock
  • Cut card base 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″, score on long side at 4-1/4″
  • Cut additional panel 3-1/2″ x 5-1/2″
    • Die-cut with balloon dies [Beautiful Balloons]
    • Stamp tails and sentiment [Beautiful Balloons, Blueberry Bushel Classic Ink ]
    • Optional: Stamp sentiment inside card; stamp back of card, as desired
• Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper
  • Use same balloon dies from panel above to cut three balloons from coordinating patterns
  • With large striped die, die-cut 1″ x 5-1/2″ strip; trim one side to create fringe, as necessary
• More Dazzle Specialty Paper
  • 1/4″ x 5-1/2″
• Assembly:
  • Adhere fringe to left edge of card front
  • Position die-cut panel on card front, adhere designer paper balloons to card front through openings. Add dimensional adhesive to back of panel and adhere to card front, being careful to align the balloons inside openings again
  • Adhere Dazzle strip along right edge of panel, on top of fringe… done!
