Magical Winter Meadow Fun Fold Card – Cut & Prep

Measurements are width x length

LOST LAGOON CARDSTOCK: 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″
- On Paper Trimmer, score on long side 2-1/8″ and 3-3/16″ from each end; fold center score lines toward middle and outer score lines to outside (see photo, second below)
WINTER MEADOW DESIGNER SERIES PAPER: 6″ x 5-3/8″
- On Paper Trimmer, cut on long side at 2″, repeat for (3) 2″ x 5-3/8″ strips
- Turn one strip to reverse and emboss with Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder (center panel)
BASIC WHITE CARDSTOCK
- 3″ Circle [die-cut with Stylish Shapes dies]
- Sentiment Panel for back: 3-1/4″ x 4-1/2″
VELLUM CARDSTOCK
- 3″ Circle [die-cut with largest Stylish Shapes die]
  - Stamp sentiment [Pretty Peacock Classic Ink], allow to dry (it dries much slower on vellum) or use Heat Tool on low. Emboss with Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder (position it inside folder so sentiment isn’t obscured by a snowflake – see photo below)
PRETTY PEACOCK CARDSTOCK (2), MORE DAZZLE SPECIALTY PAPER (2), LUSTER SPECIALTY PAPER -Moody Mauve (1): With Magical Meadow Dies, cut greenery of choice on Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (see photo above and second below)
- Savvy Tip! The die-cuts were a little too long, so don’t be afraid to give them a snip at the stem end to shorten them to fit your needs!

Magical Winter Meadow Fun Fold Card – Stamp & Assemble

Adhere designer paper strips to card front (outer and center sections)
Adhere embossed vellum circle to white cardstock circle; adhere to center section on card
- Savvy Tip: Apply adhesive along top of vellum circle and behind select snowflakes at bottom… this hides the adhesive and will keep it laying flat!
Adhere die-cuts to top of circle with Mini Glue Dots. Tie small bow with about 8″ of ribbon; adhere with Mini Glue Dots and trim ends, as necessary.
Stamp sentiment and images of choice from Magical Meadow on sentiment panel. Adhere to back left side only. [Lost Lagoon & Pretty Peacock Classic Ink]
Optional: Stamp ‘watermark’ or signature stamp on back right panel of card and images of choice on envelope.
Embellish with Adhesive-Backed Glitter Sequins… done!

This card creates a beautiful winter scene that is lovely on display… the center pops out to show off that stunning spray of greenery and embossed snowfall!
Need a card for another occasion? Simply switch the sentiments! Change the Moody Mauve die-cut to Pebbled Path (both were included in this month’s kit) and it’s ideal for a masculine card!
The sentiment panel goes on the back with plenty of room to write a personalized message before folding flat to fit into a standard [A2] medium envelope!
