Happy first Monday of 2020! Today’s project showcases the new Peaceful Poppies Suite, now available in the new January-June Mini Catalog release. It’s also the first MADE IN MINUTES card of the year -and the handmade gift my December customers received!

This suite coordinates with the following Stampin’ Up! colors: Blackberry Bliss, Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry, Flirty Flamingo, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Pool Party, Poppy Parade, Rich Razzleberry & Whisper White. If all those choices overwhelm you, my top 3 color suggestions would be Calypso Coral, Old Olive & Poppy Parade (with Whisper White).
Look how great the Peaceful Poppies Designer Paper and sequins, Peaceful Moments stamps and Painted Labels Dies [from the Painted Poppies Bundle] work together. Add an accent of Basic Black Baker’s Twine, done!
The Rich Razzleberry card above shows off the Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon. This can easily be colored with markers or ink to match any color you need. So soft and easy to work with- without the bulk [read mail-friendly!].
Stamp the inside panel and envelope flap with the Painted Poppies stamps to create a fully coordinated look. Even the color in the flower is stamped to color-match!
If you’re going to make one card, you might as well make two… four… or eight!
[Yes, you can create 8 cards from just 1 sheet of this Designer Paper… wooHOO]
- Cut #1: horizontally at 6″ (the white area)
- Cuts #2, 3 & 4: Stack the 2 pieces above and cut vertically every 3″
- Finished size: 3″ x 6″ {I prefer to trim off the top with Paper Snips after it’s adhered to the A2 card, but you could cut at 5-1/2″ if you prefer}
Here’s a peek at the colorful pile of cards just before they shipped out to my December customers. Add any of the sentiments from the Peaceful Moments stamp set- there’s numerous ones to choose from: Birthday, Congratulations, Friendship, Remembrance, Sympathy, and Thank You. One card design for multiple occasions!

Beautiful cards too hard to choose card colour. How did you fasten the twine onto the card front please.
I agree Sue… that’s why I made them in ALL the colors! Love that there’s so many options ?
Great ? Simply wrap about 18″ of twine around the card and tie a large bow near the center of the card, about 1/3 up from the bottom. To secure it in place, place your Stampin’ Dimensionals on top of the twine (to the right of the bow) and place sentiment panel on top… Easy-peasy!

So pretty ! I just put some of these beauties together yesterday . This is such beautiful dsp that simple cards become dazzlers . I like your line up showing the variety of cardstock colors that can be used . I want to use them all (smile)
