Die-cut the center panel from a 4″ x 5-1/4″ panel of DSP; you’ll be left with a frame (photo below).
[the frames below are the reverse side of the green-striped pattern on the above right]
I’ve used the gorgeous PEACEFUL POPPIES Designer Series Paper [DSP], but pick your favorite paper. Die-cut the center with the largest scallop-edge rectangle, then repeat cut with a coordinating cardstock [Rich Razzleberry]. Pick a complimentary color [Poppy Parade] to layer under the sentiment [Whisper White], which is inked with Stampin’ Write Markers in matching colors on the Stamparatus. Wrap a piece of Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon around the card, tie into a bow… done!
