Sweet Hello Card
Who else loves to color? I think it’s THE best therapy around… sooo relaxing and FUN! Now, you can be a kid at heart playing with Stampin’ Blends Markers, the ultimate grown-up coloring tool! Their alcohol-based solution allows for lovely blending of colors to achieve seamless shading and depth. Like on this card, featuring the Flying Home stamp set (found in the 2018 [Spring] Occasions catalog).
Stampin’ Blends Markers
Whether you start with a few fave colors, or indulge in the whole color collection, I highly recommend them to anyone who loves coloring and wants to up their artistic “game”. Combine different shades to produce entirely new colors! Try mixing various colors for amazing shading! They’re easy to work with and the possibilities are endless.
Available in 12 exclusive Stampin’ Up! colors that you know and love, each with a light and dark marker. In addition, there’s Ivory (for light skin tones), Bronze (dark skin tones) and the super-fun Color Lifter!
Best yet, they’re designed just for stampers with a brush tip on one end and a fine-tip on the other. Great for large coloring areas AND small details. And true to Stampin’ Up! style- the inks coordinate with all their other products so you can easily create cards that look AMAZING!
Stampin’ Up! recommends using them with Memento Ink, although I’ve had good results using my Archival Basic Black Ink Pad. Whichever you choose, make sure the ink is dry before coloring. This is what I’ve found works best to avoid smearing your stamped image.
The little hedgehog on this card (from the adorable Hedgehugs stamp set) was colored using the Stampin’ Blends Markers and then given some shimmer with a brush of Wink of Stella. (Aren’t hedgehogs suppose to shimmer? When they’re this cute- of, course!)
Now’s the perfect time to take advantage of my exclusive Stampin’ Blends Package and earn 3 FREE Sale-A-Bration Rewards + $15 Bonus Reward for any product!. PLUS, use my current Rewards Code to add a free handmade gift from me! Offer good through March 31, 2018.
