Tropical Oasis Memories & More Cards – Part 2
Hi friends! I’m back with Part 2 of the card set I recently gifted to a sweet friend using the TROPICAL OASIS Memories & More Cards.

Today features 10 large (4-1/4″ x 6-1/4″) cards.

DESIGN #1
The cards above feature the sentiment from Timeless Tropical, stamped with a Pretty Peacock Classic Stampin’ Pad and cut with the Tailored Tag Punch. The card on the left is decorated with our 3/8″ Old Olive/Pretty Peacock Reversible Ribbon; a stretched piece of 5/16″ Braided Burlap Trim is seen on the right. That patterned texture is created by placing the M & M card inside the Coastal Weave 3D Embossing Folder and running it through a die-cutting machine, then lightly sanding the raised spots with a fine-grit sandpaper to reveal the white core.

This card is so fun! Two large cards are used (see below) to create this front; pop up the frame with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then decorate it with leaves from our other tropical set called Tropical Chic Stamps & Tropical Dies [30% off NOW… both are on the Last Chance list]. You can also use the stickers from the Card Pack.
This makes a great retirement or graduation card for men or women, or for a summer birthday or wedding… leave the inside sentiment blank, then personalize when the occasion arises.

Never underestimate the power of a little bling!
All that’s added to these cards (above) are a handful of our Pearl Basic Jewels. If you haven’t tried them, do! You get 140 self-adhesive pieces in 3 sizes for variety; just peel & stick. They can even be color-matched with Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers!
DESIGN #4
“Love Your Smile” is created with one large card adhered to the card base, and a small card with a 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ layer of Shaded Spruce Cardstock underneath, popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
It’s a fun twist on your typical “Thinking of You” or “Thank You” card.
DESIGN #5
I did two versions of this feminine birthday card, one with and one without a layer of Vellum Cardstock; one each small and large card is used. The birthday sentiment is from Timeless Tropical, stamped with an Early Espresso Classic Stampin’ Pad.
