HOLIDAY GIFT WRAP MAKEOVER: DIY TISSUE PAPER AND GIFT WRAP
What I love! It’s fast and easy to create coordinating gift packaging with stamps and ink… and satisfying to use your supplies in a fun way!
PHOTO 2: Create coordinating tissue paper to dress your gifts!
Spread your paper flat and randomly stamp images, rotating the stamps into different positions as you go. Stamp some of the images off the edge so the pattern looking organic.
Choose three images of varying sizes for a well-designed look
Example: Tissue Paper in Photo 1 and 2 [Delicate PinesStamps]
Large snowflake stamp – Shaded Spruce ink
Medium snowflake stamp – Old Olive ink
Small snowflake stamp – Real Red ink
Place grid or scrap paper under tissue paper before stamping to protect your surface from ink bleed.

3 Ways To Make Shaped Tags:
1)A mini-card, where the front of the card hinges open (example shown in Photo 3 above). This works well when you’re securing the bottom of the tag to a gift, so only the top opens.
Die-cut two pieces of white cardstock from same die.
If using designer paper to decorate the top, die-cut with same die as above and adhere to cardstock before scoring about 1/2-3/4″ from the top
Stamp favorite sentiment or ‘To/From’ on the inside, BELOW where the card will open
Apply adhesive ABOVE score line only; adhere pieces together
2)A mini-card, where the bottom hinges open. Use this method when it’s hanging- or not secured to a surface, leaving the bottom piece free to open. With this version, the top image is not affected by a score line.
Same as above, but score the bottom cardstock piece only, instead of the top
3)A double-sided tag that hangs freely. (example in Photo 5, above right) This can be tied around the handle of a gift bag or to a gift box- either way, it can be turned over to see the back. (shown on gift bag in Photo 1 above)
Only one die-cut piece of cardstock is needed. If using designer paper, attach to top and stamp ‘To/From’ or your favorite sentiment on the back. Punch hole in top and hang with coordinating ribbon or twine.

Apply Tear & Tape on the back and leave the paper backing in place for a tag that’s peel-and-stick ready when it’s time to wrap gifts!
