• Score on short side: 4-1/2″, 1-1/2″
• Score on long side: 4″, 5-1/4″, 6-1/2″, 3/4″
• Sleeves: 2-1/2″ from top on sides
• Collar: 1/2″ on each side of center; 1-3/4″ from top on sides
