Today’s project was inspired by a card on page 144 of the new 2018-2019 Annual Catalog. Originally a feminine card, it’s now a masculine one just by simplifying the elements and using darker colors. It’s easy to do; give it a try with some of the other choices in the Designer Series Paper! NOTE: The other large sentiment in the stamp set (You are Wonderful) also fits on the ‘log’. Pick your favorite for a Father’s Day greeting!

Rooted In Nature

The ‘Rooted In Nature’ mega-set of stamps feature natural images designed to use with a variety of techniques. You’ll find two in this card: watermark stamping (the leaves on the card base stamped with Versamark ink) and heat embossing (the sentiment). The set has a great mix of leaves, trees and different sized sentiments; ideal for any season and many occasions.

Paper

The Natures Poem Designer Series Paper features 12 double-sided 12″ x 12″ sheets. You’ll find natural images on one side, with patterns on the reverse.
