Happy Monday! Love simple card sketches? Today’s cards are for you! If you noticed I was MIA last Friday, I’m sorry! These cards were meant for Friday’s post, but my hubby and I got away for a few days of rest and relaxation at the beach last week and ended up coming home later than planned. We had a wonderful time, but to make it up to you, I’ve got a special give-away. Make sure to read to the end for details!
Just Add Color
Today’s cards feature more of the gorgeous black and white Petal Passion Designer Series Paper (DSP) I shared last week. It’s amazing what just a little coloring does to make this paper POP! And that’s what makes it so fun and versatile! Possibilities abound!!! (That’s a hint about tomorrow’s bonus post!)
Stampin’ Write Markers are the coloring medium of choice for all three cards above, including the multi-colored sentiment on the top one. You know how much I recommend these… for so many reasons! {If not, see this post HERE!}
Here’s the details for each card, starting at the top, clockwise (items in RED are retiring and only available until supplies last or May 31, 2018):

Savvy Tips, Tricks & Techniques
- Cut DSP 3″ square; cardstock 3-1/8″ (or 3-1/4″) square, depending on how much you like peeking out. That’s 16 cards from a single sheet of 12″ x 12″ DSP!
- Stamp your sentiment (with ink from Stampin’ Write Markers or Classic Stampin’ Pads) on Whisper White Cardstock and use your favorite punches for quick cuts.
- Pop both the cardstock and sentiment up with Stampin’ Dimensionals to give these simple cards more personality.
- Step up the “wow” factor with Wink of Stella clear glitter and a coordinating ribbon.
- Use Notecards and Envelopes for quick and easy ready-made cards.
