A Winter Woods Holiday Card that Shines
With snow flurries outside, a WINTER WOODS Holiday Card seems like the perfect project to share today! It’s fun, easy …and oh, so pretty!
Featuring the WINTER WOODS Cling Stamps & coordinating IN THE WOODS Dies, this is a set you’ll reach for year after year. It’s timeless- and useful well beyond the holidays!

WINTER WOODS Holiday Card Details
- Create an A2 card base with Real Red Cardstock (4-1/4″ x 11″, scored and folded @ 5-1/2″)
- Die-cut a piece of Gray Granite Cardstock with the second largest die from the Stitched Rectangles Dies.
- Rub with Embossing Buddy
- Stamp trees with Versamark Ink
- Sprinkle with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder (or step-it-up with our Shimmer White Emboss Powder); tap off excess
- Melt with Heat Tool on level 2
- Stamp sentiment with Delicata Celestial Copper Metallic Pigment Ink*; set aside to dry
- SAVVY TIP: Use the Stamparatus to repeat stamp for a bolder image
- *This stamp pad (as well as Silver & Gold) have sold out and are no longer available; if you don’t have this, substitute a Real Red Classic Stampin’ Pad
- Optional: Stamp sentiment of choice inside card. Stamp envelope to match.
- Copper Foil Sheet:
- Die-cut tree on die-cutting machine of choice; adhere to card front
- SAVVY TIP: Use this quick & easy glue method
- On Paper Trimmer, cut 2″ x 2″ square; position two opposite corners on cutting channel and cut in half on the diagonal
- Die-cut tree on die-cutting machine of choice; adhere to card front
- Position copper triangles in each corner (use the Gray Granite piece as guide); adhere with Multipurpose Glue or SNAIL Adhesive
- Adhere Gray Granite piece with Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Tie a bow with Real Red 3/8″ Cotton Ribbon; adhere on tree trunk with Mini Glue Dot
