How To Make Simple Note Cards with Needlepoint Elements
Happy creative day, friends! Are you enjoying Note Cards Week? I’ve had so much fun making the simple note cards I’ve been sharing! I’ve got one more for you today- well, technically two- using the new Needlepoint Elements Framelits Dies… and not a single stamp in sight. These 5 cards took me about 5 minutes… is that quick and easy enough for you???
If you missed the other Note Cards from earlier this week, check them out:
The Needlepoint Elements Framelits Dies are part of the Needle & Thread Photopolymer Stamp & Framelits Die Bundle. Buy them together and automatically save 10%! Today’s simple card uses my favorite die from the set… the one in lower right corner… the stitched accents are amazing! If you don’t have a Big Shot Machine yet, NOW IS THE BEST TIME to get one. See why, with a video of it in action HERE.
The cards I’m sharing today only use one die and no stamps, but you’ll get to see the stamps featured tomorrow. You can also see how the bundle was used to create this beautiful card HERE. The sentiments in this set are fabulous, as are the mix of images. Together the stamps and dies give you amazing variety. This set is in my Top 5 favorites for very good reason!
Any other gingham lovers out there? I smile when I look at it because it reminds me of a dress I had as a little girl (I even think it may have had a matching doll dress-lol). Now we call it vintage- and it’s back on trend! It’s a great all-purpose, timeless design that adds a fun pop of color to any project. It provides the perfect complement to the Needle & Thread Bundle on today’s set of note cards!
These cards are sooo easy and quick to make, yet look custom. Which I guess they are! You can use them in either a vertical or horizontal position, whatever you fancy. Not only are they great to use for any occasion, they also make a wonderful gift set.
Ready to make them?
Just look at all that stitched loveliness! Not a gingham fan? Keep it even simpler and just die-cut the front of the card. Rounding the corners mimics the curves in the die and adds a custom touch. Two options for you 🙂
